Football Trading Club Review

The Football Trading Club is a service that runs via twitter, as the name implies it is a service that focuses on making money from the football markets.

This service is aimed at those that are looking to make a profit from the betting exchanges. Limitations and account closures have become more and more prevalent for those that dare to make a long term profit from bookmakers.

Which makes services aimed at profiting from the betting exchanges very appealing!

How The Service Works

Football Trading Club is very easy to follow. Once you have joined the service you get access to a telegram group where daily selections are sent out.

Football Trading Club Example

Then you simply log into your betting exchange of choice and bet the selections.

The service offers both pre match and in-play selections.

Football Trading Club Historical Results

FTC 2022

In 2022 a total profit of £8,258 is quoted from 9 systems. A 6.88% return on investment was recorded.

Only the draw no bet system failed to make profit over the full year.

FTC 2023

In 2023 so far a profit of £4,282 has been recorded from 15 systems.

The football trading club isn’t a service that stands still it is constantly evolving. Systems that don’t perform up to expectation are removed and new angles are always being looked at.

Overall the results over the last two years have been incredibly impressive.

Beating the betting exchanges is much harder then profiting from soft bookmakers. Making a 6.66% return on investment over a two year period is excellent.

Football Trading Club 3 Month Results Tracked

I tracked 3 pre match systems for a 3 month period, staking a set £10 amount for each selection. From the start of April 2023 to the end of July 2023.

The 3 systems followed were home value draws, home win and home win lay the draw.

Let’s take a look at the results from home value draws first.

Over a 3 month period 233 bets were made and a total profit of £74.67 was made to £10 stakes.

Next up is the home wins system.

The home wins system was also profitable over a 3 month period tracked at £10 stakes, a total profit of £54.42 was made.

Lastly we have the home wins lay the draw system.

This system returned a profit of £236 after 101 bets.

Football Trading Club Cost

Membership to the football trading club costs £20 a month, with longer term deals also available.

Payment is handled via paypal or bank transfer.

Thoughts

I have been very impressed with the football trading club. My results tracking the service mirror the official results very closely. Other review services are also reporting profitable results which makes me believe that the historical results are accurate.

There are multiple different aspects to the service, which can be a lot to take in. Sometimes advised stakes are changed, systems are removed/added and multiple approaches can be taken to the lay the draw system. However you don’t have to follow everything or even follow the advised staking if you are comfortable betting a different way.

One of the big positives to the service is that the man behind it Chris is always looking at new angles and testing out systems. Which means that if a new edge reveals itself then it will be added at no extra cost as a new system.

One of the most common questions I get asked is “how do you make money from the exchanges?”

A simple answer to this is to follow a service such as the football trading club which will pin point value selections for you.

Overall the service gets a recommendation from me and is a service that I will be following in my making a million challenge

Caan Berry Video Pack Review 2024 – The MUST Read Review

Caan Berry Video Pack Review

Caan Berry Video Pack Review

Before I get on to the Caan Berry video pack review.

First I just want to briefly go over Caan Berry’s trading guide as this is a good introduction to anyone new to the horse racing markets.

It was also my introduction to the horse racing markets.

Caan Berry Trading Guide Review

If you are not familiar with Caan Berry or horse racing trading.

I suggest you take at look at the Caan Berry youtube channel and read this beginners guide first.

Perhaps you are already trading the horse racing markets and are looking for a pre race trading strategy to take into the horse racing markets.

Could Caan’s guide be the answer?

Who is Caan Berry?

Caan Berry is Horse racing trader that has been on the trading scene for quite a long time.

From the Geeks Toy forums to his website/blog Caan has been writing about horse racing trading for many years.

He is also on Twitter and Facebook and frequently gives out back to lay trades and snippets of advice.

Endorsed by Betfair Caan Berry is one of the most prominent pro sports traders around.

What is in the guide?

First of all the guide costs £39 and is 118 pages long.

The guide is an overview of how the horse racing markets function providing a wealth of information which aims to help you make money from these markets.

It covers how to set yourself up for trading, alongside key factors that you should consider when looking at the markets such entry and exit points.

Caan Berry’s trading guide also gives you an insight into how you should use different approaches for different race types, odds ranges and price points.

Caan Berry Trading Guide Review – Conclusion

The guide is very well written and easy to understand.

Coming from a football trading background but having next to no knowledge of horse racing I benefited a lot from the information shared in this guide.

The information that I found particularly useful was in relation to how different races/time periods have different market environments.

This means that different strategies should be employed for different race types.

Examples of trades are shared and the reasoning behind them is excellent and clearly written. The importance of a good trading mentality is discussed as are some thoughts about trading psychology.

Caan gives his email and offers support for any questions that you may have.

I feel this is pretty important as there is a lot to take in if you are new to the horse trading markets.

Video Pack Content

This guide was a great introduction into the horse racing markets. It has given me a much better understanding of how these markets function.

Ultimately this guide is an excellent resource for anyone looking to start trading the horse markets or for someone that is currently struggling with them.

Previously my only experience in the horse racing markets had been from arbitrage betting.

However this guide combined with Caan Berry’s youtube videos have allowed me to start taking money out of the horse racing markets.

Which I previously had no experience or interest in.

Caan Berry Video Package Guide Review

After learning a lot from Caan Berry’s trading guide. I was quite excited when he announced his video pack follow up.

This follow up is in the form of an advanced video pack aimed at people that were already trading the horse racing markets.

Caan Berry Video Pack Review

Caan Berry Strategies – Video Pack Review

What do you get in the Caan Berry Advanced Video Pack?

The advanced video pack is presented as a online course. It starts off with a general overview of how to set up your trading environment and the general psychology behind being a good sports trader.

Caan Berry Advanced Video Pack Review Contents
The course contains 22 modules.

The video pack contains 24 modules to work through.

Inside each module there are a number of videos breaking down the subject of each module.

Just as an example if you were to look at the scalping modules. There are seven individual videos that break down different scenarios and examples of scalping.

Content List

The advanced video pack is extensive and covers several subjects including

  • Course Introduction

  • Absolute Basics

  • Scalping

  • Market Situations

  • Best Execution

  • Risk Management

  • Morning Routine

  • Drifting Prices

  •  External Indicators

  •  Significant Change

  •  Trading Tipping Services

  •  Scalping Broken Down

  • Swing Trading

  • Multiple Styles

  • Genuine Money

  • Market Manipulation

  • Volatile Markets

  • Irish Racing

  • Backing To Lay

  • Greyhound Trading

A very positive factor to add is that the video pack is constantly being updated and there is new content being continually added.

This is all done for no extra cost.

The majority of the videos are of Caan Berry trading the horse racing markets and breaking down his reasoning behind each trade.

Caan Berry Trading Review

Caan does a good job of explaining his reasoning and goes into a large amount of detail for each module.

Is Caan Berry Legitimate?

Caan Berry

With any internet expert you should always be careful.

However having been trading myself for a very long time and being active in various forums. I can tell you that Caan Berry has an excellent reputation.

Caan was actually used in a few promotional videos when Betfair were promoting their betting exchange.

This adds to his credibility as Betfair would not use someone that is not a legitimate trader.

Add to that his large social media following and the amount of valuable information that he has given out for free over the years.

Overall I think that when you put everything together you are getting expert tuition from an actual expert that profits from trading the horse racing markets.

Will I make money from horse racing trading after buying the Caan Berry Video Pack?

Ok, so to be clear this isn’t some kind of cheat code that will enable you to start making thousands of pounds in profit from the horse racing markets. There is no course available that will magically turn you into a highly profitable trader over night.

However what the guide and video pack will do is give you different outlooks on how to trade the horse racing markets.

This is really important as not everyone trades the same.

We all have different levels of comfort and trading styles that suit our personalities.

One important factor to consider, is that if your aim is to make money from the horse racing markets long term. This video pack could save you years of making mistakes.

Which in turn will save you a lot of money in the long run.

It will enable you to look at different approaches and find the one that suits you. Which you can then develop yourself through experiencing the markets.

(Here is an example of how I trade the horse racing markets effectively using knowledge gained from Caan’s book, video pack and time spent studying the horse racing markets.)

If I take my own approach for example. I am not comfortable scalping the markets.

I prefer to take a longer term approach and use swing trading. This video pack really gave me the basis to develop a profitable strategy that suited my own trading style.

Caan Berry Video Pack Review Final Verdict

At £147 does the Caan Berry Advanced Video Pack offer any value?

Anyone that is looking to trade the horse racing markets seriously will find that this video pack absolutely offers a lot of value. It is at a higher price point but you are basically paying for expert tuition in trading the horse racing markets.

This is a unique product that offers something that very few people are qualified to offer.

If I weigh up the cost of the course in comparison to the time it would take to learn all the information provided.

Then I think it is very reasonably priced.

There is information within the video pack that will save you a lot of money in losses over the long term.

Also there is information included that will help you make a profit in the long term.

I think Caan has delivered an excellent trading education here on the horse racing markets. If you are struggling to get to grips with horse racing trading or maybe just breaking even. Then this is the best product I have come across to help turn you into a profitable trader.

It gives you the basis of everything you need to start making money from the horse racing markets.

One of the big benefits of this course is that is constantly being updated as the markets evolve.

Caan Berry’s Advanced Video Pack gets a 5 star recommendation from me.

Making A Million From Sports Betting June 2023

June marks month 75 in the “Making a Million Challenge.”

It was a month that I expected to be fairly quiet in terms of volume. Whilst there wasn’t as much to bet on this month, the betting gods smiled and in terms of profit it ended up being one of the strongest months this year.

Making A Million

Value Betting And Trading

Good month for value betting with selections popping up for international football, golf and even a few F1 bets.

Not a huge amount of bets with 87 being recorded but profit made this month was solid.

After 87 bets a profit of £1454 was made.

MMA Betting

Under dogs seem to be having a better year in 2023 when it comes to UFC betting. Which is usually where I find most value in these markets. After a small losing year in 2022 (-£442), 2023 has seen an overall profit of £2354.

MMA betting June

In June there were 16 bets and a profit of £1944 was made.

There was no FTS Ultimate selections this month due to the major football leagues not running. Outside of the above selections, I also bet a few free tipsters selections and in-play bets.

Thoughts Going Forward

June was a better month then I expected. Some months you can put in a tonne of volume and work only to see a negative or break even figure at the end of it. Then other times you you do the bare minimum and the profit comes easily.

That’s the weird thing about betting, time spend working doesn’t always equate to making more money or even making money at all. It can be very frustrating and why a big part of this game is patience.

Got the house move done in June which meant the betting bankroll took a big hit. One of my initial goals was always to buy a house with money made from betting and now I’ve been fortunate enough to do that. My next goal is to bet more aggressively, scale things up and make some money that could lead to early retirement.

Now is a good time to prepare for the new football season. Football alongside MMA is really what I want to focus on going forward.

Having bet Tennis, Horses, Golf and numerous other sports over the years. I realized the sports I am most comfortable and confident in beating over the long term are the sports that I really understand. When it comes to betting larger amounts of money understanding the edge I have and reasoning for the bets makes it easier to handle the losing swings that inevitably come.

In comparison to following tipsters who bet in sports I don’t have a great understanding of. Where at times losing runs hit and you are asking “What the f*** is going on?”

FTS, Bets and Beers and FTC will be the services I will be using to take on the 2023/2024 football season. Thanks for reading, good luck with your own betting and I’ll be back next month with an update.

Making A Million From Sports Betting May 2023

Making a million

May brings month 74 in the “Making A Million Challenge.”

It was pretty poor month overall with a very small profit of £216 being made. To mix things up a bit and keep it interesting.

I will break down my results for the whole of 2023 so far.

Making A Million

Value Betting And Trading

First off we have value betting.

Value betting is placing bets with the aim to beat the closing line. Previously this was done mostly with bookmakers however now it is mainly on exchanges.

Alongside the occasional shop bet.

Looking at the graph you can that approaching close to 900 bets this strategy wasn’t in profit. The next couple of hundred bets it had a sharp rise in profit and then has been a bit up and down for the rest of the year.

Last year this was the most profitable strategy but this year its underperformed slightly. I think its just a case of putting in as much volume as possible. There is no real reason for it underperforming other then variance.

This year a profit of £4215 has been made after 1527 bets.

Value Betting Guide

MMA Betting

Moving on to mixed martial arts betting, which has been pretty decent this year so far.

After 37 bets a profit of £1396 has been made.

Not a lot to add really. Don’t put a huge amount of volume through the MMA market, tend to try to pick what I think are the best spots.

Previously I had been sending out bets on Discord for free but haven’t the last couple of months. Mainly just due to not remembering and I don’t use Discord for anything myself, it’s just ben forgotten in the background for a while. Might set something up on telegram as I am pretty active there with other betting services.

Bets And Beers Telegram Group

Bets and Beers is a service that provides selection for lay the draw.

The service provides multiple approaches however I just use the lay the half time draw strategy. Staking £50 per selection, the first 70 selections were £20 stakes as I was still testing the service at this point.

Bets and Beers has run pretty well this year as you can see. Hitting £3500 profit for the year at one point before running in to a few losers in the last 150 bets or so.

A profit of £2890 has been made from 400 bets.

FTS Ultimate

For FTS I run 4 season long betting systems. These are set and forget systems which are placed pre match. All of the systems are run on Betfair.

Let’s break down the results for 2023.

System 1 (Lay Draw), Stakes – £50 lay bet,  Results = £901 (97 bets)

System 2 (Form based system) £50 to £100 lay bets, Results = – £1600  (185 bets)

System 3 (Poisson)  £120 back bets, Results = £1875 (92 bets)

System 4 (Underdog System) £10 to £30 back bets, Results = -£329 (27 bets)

Total – £847

Everything Else

There are a few other strategies I use that are lower volume so I will just group them together.

This is casino offers, in-play trading and free tipster bets that I might place. All of these get added to my overall daily total but I am not always meticulous in recording them down.

It accounts for a profit of £2418.

2023 Total (Up until June 2023)

FTS – £847

Bets and Beers – £2890

Value Betting/Trading – £4215

MMA Betting – £1396

Misc – £2669

Making a million

Overall Profit Since The Challenge Began

£180,098

Thoughts Going Forward

At this stage last year profits were double what they are currently in 2023. Which is a little disappointing as we always want to see progression. However with betting sometimes it requires some patience.

Strategies are very similar to last year with a couple of additions. Staking roughly around the same amount of money, so I think the difference is largely down to variance. I ran extremely well in the first 5 months of 2022 whilst in 2023 there have been a few slim months.

The season for all the big leagues has ended now and its a good time to look at finding new edges for the coming season.

I have been dabbling with football bet data for a couple of weeks which looks interesting and is something I will use for next season. Football Trading Club is another service I have been following for a few month, results have been very good and they provide selections for the summer leagues.

Profiting from the horse racing markets is something I want to get back to doing. Now it is quiet with football I am going to test out a few tipsters/services and might even get back to trading it if I can find the time.

If anyone has any recommendations, pop them in the comments.

Thanks as always for reading!

Making A Million From Sports Betting April 2023

April Results Full

April marks month 73 in the “Making a Million Challenge”.

It was a strong month overall, the major leagues start to get interesting as teams fights for championships/promotion/relegation. Which can see some big changes in odds movement week to week.

Let’s get on to the results for April 2023.

Making A Million

Value Betting And Trading

Value betting performed pretty well in March.

The month started very strongly getting close to a profit £3500 before a late month downswing took it under £2000.

April value betting 2023

Not a huge amount to say other then it was a solid month.

At this point a lot of my value betting is just repetitively looking for the same things in the market and making the bets. It is all aimed at beating the close line either through straight up value bets or pre-empting moves in the market.

After 343 bets a profit of £1862 was made.

MMA Betting

Having a bookmaker that will take my action on MMA has been a nice addition.

Akbet.bet is a newish bookmaker that’s looking to take sharp action. They also offer prop markets which is enabling me to get money down. Limits aren’t huge but it is nice just not to get closed or limited to pennies after a week or two of betting.

MMA Bets

There were 9 bets for MMA in the month of April, a profit of £685 was made.

Casino Offers

Oddsmonkey have put more focus on exploiting casino offers recently. I decided to have a look at at what offers were available in the current market.

I only did 6 offers this month but ran very well and made a profit of £685.

Casino offers at one point were my biggest earner but in all honesty they can be very boring and some offers are quite time consuming.

Writing this in May I have been doing offers but cherry picking the ones that are high value and don’t take up too much time. Which for me is the best strategy.

Total – £192

Bets And Beers Telegram Group

Only playing the set and forget HTLTD system at the moment with bets and beers.

Along with a couple of the horse racing lays. I do however keep forgetting these as they are not as frequent.

At the end of the season will reassess the other systems he uses and look at setting up a bank for each.

Great results in April staking £50 per lay.

A profit of £1409 was made after 103 bets.

-£124 was made following the lay selections on horses.

In-play Betting And Trading

Decent month for in-play betting and trading. Hit a big winner at odds of 50 to win over £1k, which is a figure that I haven’t won very often from one bet.

Despite that one big winner the total profit for the month was lower then that figure. The 0-2 score line is one that I like to look at often. If the home team gets one back, the crowd get’s behind them and you usually see a late push for an equalizer.

1k winner

A total of £742 was made from in-play betting and trading this month.

Thoughts Going Forward

April marked the best month of the year so far. It was an odd one with a big of profit coming in the first 9 days of the month. Then I have gradually lost money day by day for the following 3o days (writing this 10 days into May where I have continued to lose).

Goes to show how volatile results can be with value betting/trading.

I am not doing anything different at all. The process is exactly the same however results have been vastly different. Think this is one of the key factors in winning long term, focus on the process and let the results play out over the long term.

Been doing this long enough now to know that results will turn again.

Still waiting to move house. Which means I won’t be changing much up betting wise or adding anything.

Should all be wrapped up within the next month which is decent timing as football winds down. Then can look at the bankroll and have a think about how to approach next season.

Hope you had a profitable April.

Thanks for reading, see you next month!

DraftKings vs. FanDuel: Which Sportsbook is Better?

In recent years, online sports betting has become increasingly common. However, with the proliferation of sports betting platforms, it can be difficult to choose the best one. DraftKings and FanDuel are two of the most popular sportsbooks in the industry. Both companies offer a wide range of sports betting options, including daily fantasy sports, online casinos, and sports betting.

So, how do you choose between DraftKings and FanDuel? In this article, we’ll compare the two platforms to help you make an informed decision.

Draft Kings

User Interface

When it comes to user interface, both DraftKings and FanDuel offer a sleek and modern design. However, DraftKings has a more intuitive interface, making it easier for users to navigate the platform. DraftKings also has a better mobile app, which is available for both iOS and Android devices.

On the other hand, FanDuel’s interface can be a bit cluttered, making it challenging to find the information you need. While FanDuel also has a mobile app, it’s not as user-friendly as DraftKings’.

Sports Offered

DraftKings and FanDuel offer a wide range of sports betting options. However, DraftKings has a more extensive selection, including international sports leagues like the English Premier League, which isn’t available on FanDuel.

Furthermore, DraftKings offers a variety of sports betting options, including live betting, which is not available on FanDuel. Live betting allows you to place bets on games while they’re still in progress, adding an extra level of excitement to the experience.

Bonuses and Promotions

DraftKings and FanDuel offer generous bonuses and promotions to new and existing users. However, DraftKings’ bonuses are more lucrative. For example, the DraftKings promo code 2023 offers a $1,000 deposit bonus for new users, while FanDuel offers a $500 deposit bonus.

Furthermore, DraftKings offers ongoing promotions for existing users, such as daily odds boosts, which can increase your winnings on select bets. FanDuel also offers promotions, but they’re not as frequent or lucrative as DraftKings.

DK Bonus

Customer Service

DraftKings and FanDuel both have customer service options, but DraftKings offers a wider range of support options. Their 24/7 live chat feature is one example of this. Additionally, DraftKings has a detailed FAQ section to assist users in finding answers to frequently asked questions without contacting customer support.

Additionally, DraftKings has a better reputation for resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently. While FanDuel also provides excellent customer service, it’s not as prompt as DraftKings.

Payment Options

When it comes to payment options, both DraftKings and FanDuel offer similar methods. However, DraftKings has a slightly more comprehensive range of payment options, including PayPal, which is not available on FanDuel.

Both platforms offer fast and secure payment processing, and there are no fees associated with deposits or withdrawals. However, it’s worth noting that some banks may decline transactions with online sportsbooks due to their gambling nature.

Security

Both DraftKings and FanDuel take security seriously, implementing robust security measures to protect users’ personal and financial information. Both platforms use SSL encryption to protect sensitive data, and they require two-factor authentication to log in to your account.

Furthermore, both platforms are licensed and regulated, ensuring that they operate within legal boundaries. DraftKings is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, while FanDuel is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Verdict

After comparing DraftKings and FanDuel across various aspects, it’s clear that both platforms offer excellent sports betting options. However, DraftKings emerges as the winner due to its better user interface, a wider range of sports betting options, more lucrative bonuses and promotions, and superior customer service options.

Furthermore, DraftKings offers a more comprehensive range of payment options, including PayPal, and has a better reputation for resolving customer issues promptly.

However, it’s worth noting that FanDuel is still an excellent choice for sports betting, and its cluttered interface and slightly fewer sports betting options are not significant drawbacks.

Ultimately, the choice between DraftKings and FanDuel comes down to personal preference. Both platforms offer a great user experience, and it’s worth trying both to see which one suits your betting style better.

Conclusion

In conclusion, DraftKings and FanDuel are two of the most popular sportsbooks in the industry. Both platforms offer a wide range of sports betting options, including daily fantasy sports, online casinos, and sports betting.

While both platforms have their advantages and disadvantages, DraftKings emerges as the winner due to its better user interface, wider range of sports betting options, more lucrative bonuses and promotions, and superior customer service options. However, FanDuel is still an excellent choice for sports betting, and it’s worth trying both to see which one suits your betting style better.

March was a good month for MMA with the long awaited return of Jon Jones and the big Usman vs Edwards rematch. Felt pretty confident that Cyril Gane would give Jones a decent test at heavyweight after a few years out.

Bets And Beers Telegram Group

Bets and Beers followed up February’s stormer of a month with a solid one in March.

I follow the lay the half time draw method staking £50 per bet. Along with the horse racing bets where I risk £200 liability per bet.

Bets and Beers March

The half time lay results made a profit of £347 this month.

Horse racing lays made -£84.

A total profit of £263 was made.

Profitable month for the service to build on the big profit made in Feb. Not much to add, good results from a solid service that’s one I will be following for a long time.

In-play Betting And Trading

Had a mixture my own In-play betting, Bets and Beers new in-play service and had a look at The Football Trading Club in March.

In the future I will probably to start recording these all separately as the amount of volume that I’m betting in-play has increased by quite a lot.

It was a losing month for me in this area, despite a profitable month recorded for Bets and Beers live. This was due to missed bets and staking on some of my positions being bigger.

A loss of -£457 was made from in-play betting trading this month.

March Totals

Thoughts Going Forward

Still waiting for our house move to go through at the moment. Which means I am holding back on increasing stakes until its done and dusted. In case any additional costs arise which is probably likely when solicitors are involved.

Overall though this year has started pretty well. It’s looking like last year I probably ran above expectation and results this year seem to be more in line with previous years.

Not looking to change much up at the moment. Once the house deal is done, my intention is to scale up my stakes and bet more aggressively. The last few years of betting/trading profit have been going towards the house move. Wary that a downswing or bad year could put me a year or two back from buying a new house meant staking very safely.

However with this looking to be done soon, pushing on towards that £1,000,000 target could become more interesting.

Thanks for reading, see you next month!

Making A Million From Sports Betting February 2023

We roll onto month 71 in the “making a million challenge” and 2023 started off with a bit of a whimper.

In January a small profit of £704 was made.

Did February mark an improvement? let’s take a look.

Making A Million

Value Betting And Trading

Got to admit value betting can be frustrating at times.

You make the right bets, beat the closing line and lose. On to the next week, hammer the closing line, make the correct bets. End up losing a big chunk of money.

That’s been the recurring theme this year so far. The bets with the biggest edges just aren’t coming off.

Whilst annoying, there is nothing to do other other then have some patience and wait for the results to change. Been doing this long enough to know that results will come good eventually.

Value Betting Results

Despite my whining Feb was actually a profitable month for value betting.

After 271 bets a profit of £479 was made.

Matched Betting Guide

Value Betting Guide

MMA Betting

Low volume month for MMA betting. There were a few prop bets and in-play bets however for the bets I send out on Discord there were only 4.

Having very few bookmaker accounts makes it difficult to place prop bets on UFC. Usually have to throw bets up on the exchange and hope that they get matched on fight day. Which is why the focus is mainly on fight result bets.

MMA Bets Feb

Overall -£170 was lost betting on MMA.

FTS Ultimate

For FTS I run 4 season long betting systems. These are set and forget systems which are placed pre match.

Let’s break down the results.

System 1 (Lay Draw), Stakes – £50 lay bet,  Results = £92 (36 bets)

System 2 (Form based system) £50 to £100 lay bets, Results = -£712  (50 bets)

System 3 (Poisson)  £120 back bets, Results = £308 (23 bets)

System (Underdog System) £10 to £30 back bets, Results = -£95  (5 bets)

Total – -£407

Stormer of a month for Bets and Beers which made the majority of my profit for the month.

I follow the lay the half time draw method staking £50 per bet. Along with the horse racing bets where I risk £200 liability per bet.

Bets And Beers Feb

The half time lay results made a profit of £1692 this month.

Horse racing lays made £213.

A total profit of £1905 was made.

Not much to day on this other then it was a cracking month. Bets and Beers has been a standout service for me and long may months like this continue!

In-play Betting And Trading

Writing this 10 days into March and to be honest I don’t remember much at all about last month. Did some in-play betting on football which went ok from the looks of it and won on the boxing.

Jake Paul Bet

Finally got a pay off fading Jake Paul after losing a decent amount backing Anderson Silva last time out. Good to see him against a real boxer of a similar size and age.

He was well beaten against Tommy Fury. I imagine he will go back to fighting youtubers and MMA fighters past their best after this lesson.

Thoughts Going Forward

A very solid month of profits obviously owing a lot to the performance of Bets and Beers.

Just waiting for value betting results to turn up a notch and hopefully can hit some big profits again this year. In terms of adding anything new to the portfolio. There is nothing that I am looking at currently.

In the middle of moving houses at the moment which is going to take a big chunk out of the bankroll. Unlikely to change anything until that is done and dusted. After that can reassess things and see if anything that looks promising can be added.

As always thanks for reading, see you next month.

My favourite sports betting videos on the Trademate channel and the ones I think that offer the most value, are their interviews with pro sports bettors.  Over the years Trademate have interviewed several sports bettors that have made millions in the world of sports betting. Some from Europe and others from the USA.

Whilst they won’t give single little detail of the their operation and give away every little edge. Their is still a lot of value to be found in these interviews.

Covering such subjects as:

  • Their approaches to betting
  • Staking approach
  • Finding new edges
  • Getting bets down after being limited
  • Scaling their sports betting operations.

These interviews give an excellent insight into the way a high level sports bettor think and what it takes to achieve success.

One of the founders of Trademate is Jonas Gjelstad. Jonas is a pro sports bettor who managed to turn £10,000 into a £1,000,000 inside a year.

Unfortunately Trademate isn’t as active as it once was, however it still worth a look through.

Below are some of my favourite interviews with high level sports bettors that i would recommend.

Make Money Playing Jackpot Games Online

Bloodsuckers Jackpot

Can you make money playing jackpot games and slots online?

In today’s article were going to look at whether it can be profitable to play jackpot games online.

Looking at strategies that you can use to flip the odds in your favour and still give yourself a chance of winning a big jackpot.

Huge Casino Win

How online slots and jackpot games work

Online slots and jackpot games are extremely popular, the thrill of landing a big win is only a spin away. However online slots are ultimately a way for casino’s to make a long term profit. Which means that the majority of slots players are going to lose long term.

Slots and jackpot games are programmed with a mathematical formula to ensure they don’t give out more money then they return. This formula is known as return to player (RTP for short.)

For example some of the highest online slots have an RTP of 97%. This means that for every $100 that the slot brings in on average it will pay back $97. This means that long term for every $100 it takes a profit of $3 over the long term.

Slots obviously distribute payouts unevenly. Which is why you get some big winners but the majority of players will be either small or big losing players long term.

Below is a list of some of the highest paying RTP games that you ply online.

  • Book of 99 (99% rtp)
  • Monopoly Big Event (99% rtp)
  • Jackpot 6000 (98.86% rtp)
  • Bloodsucker (98% rtp)
  • Rainbow Riches Pick N Mix (98% rtp)

Bloodsuckers Jackpot

Can It be profitable long term to play jackpot games and slots?

Yes, it can be profitable long term to play slots and jackpot games under the right conditions.

There are times when a casino may offer a sign up bonus, free spins, cashback offer or other types of bonus that can push the return to player (RTP) above 100%.

One of the more common bonus is cashback on losses, for example some casino’s may offer a day in the week were you get 10% cashback on losses.

If we take Bloodsuckers for example which is a game that has 98% RTP and decide to stake $100. We cab break it down to show how long term this would be profitable.

$100 x 0.98 which equals $98 meaning a loss of $2 is expected.

However we can get $10 back should we lose due to the cashback offer.

$98 + $10 = $108

Meaning that if we only played the slot Bloodsuckers when the cashback offer was available, long term we could expect to make a profit.

This is Advantage Play

Whenever you can flip the odds from the casino to yourself as player it is known as advantage play. Due to the fact that it is you that now has the mathematical advantage rather then the casino.

There have been professional advantage players in the past that have made a lot of money by doing this. One of the most famous group of advantage players were the MIT blackjack team.

This was a group of students that used card counting techniques to beat the game of blackjack. Their story inspired the film 21 which was based around the idea of advantage play.

Using advantage play is the best long term way to make money from playing online slots and jackpot games. Yes you may get lucky and hit a big winner. But why rely on luck when you can use advantage play to give yourself a mathematical edge that is proven to work.

Where Can I More About Learn Advantage Play
